Open Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10 - 6, Saturday 10 - 2, closed Sunday & Monday

Entry Procedures & Dates:
Limit of three (3) sculptures for judging per member.
Two (2) additional sculptures can be displayed in the show as "FOR SALE" only.
The show is open to all registered OSS members and Sutton Program Sculpture Students.
One (1) Category Only: includes Bronze, Wood, Clay, Stone, Mixed Media
Only finished works can be entered. The sculptor's name, contact info, and price of work are to be attached to each piece. Work does not have to be for sale. Show tags provided by OSS.
Entry Deadline: All "on Line" entries must be submitted to OSS by September 16, 2023. Entry forms, applications & payments are to be submitted "online" through the OSS website.
Members unable to register "online" can mail their entry application and payment to OSS Treasurer Doug Brower, P.O. Box 134, Edmond, OK 73083. Entries must be mailed by Sept. 12, 2023.
Entry Fees: Judged works - 1st piece $40., 2nd & 3rd pieces $20. ea., "FOR SALE" pieces $20. ea. (Plus a one-time $3.00 processing fee)
Commission fees on all sales: ARTS@302 - 20%, OSS - 10% = 30% total+ taxes.
Judging: OSS members' and Sutton students' works will be judged separately. A committee of 3 judges will select winners using the Master Rubric for Artwork formula.
Exclusion Notice: Any works that have won in previous OSS shows cannot be entered for judging or awards.

Deliver Sculptures: Monday, Oct. 2, 12 noon - 4 pm, Tuesday, Oct. 3, 1O am - 12 noon.
Pick Up Sculptures: Thursday, Nov. 2nd, 10 am - 4 pm, Friday, Nov. 3rd, 10 am - 2 pm.
Awards - OSS Members: People's Choice - $150., Best of Show- $150., 1st. pl. - $100., 2nd pl. - $75., 3rd pl. - $50. plus ribbons for each, 2 Honorable Mention - ribbons
David Nunneley Memorial Award: $100
Awards: Sutton Students Scholarships: 1st place - $250., 2nd place - $125., 3rd place - Honorable Mention, each plus ribbons.

Reception:The reception and awards ceremony will be on Saturday, October 14, from 1 to 3 pm. OSS members are requested to provide a hors d'oeuvre dish or tray. Wine, water, and soft drinks will be provided by OSS. Reception is open to students, parents, invited guests, and the general public.

Responsibilities & Liabilities:Participants will not hold ARTS@302 or Oklahoma Sculpture Society responsible or liable for damage or loss of sculptures during the exhibit. Photographs of artwork may be reproduced for educational purposes, for the public, and for the promotion of OSS. OSS & ARTS@302 will provide a setup of show pedestals and tables for displaying works. Submission of this form and entry fee are both acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

If the artwork is not juried in (unapproved), there will be a refund. Otherwise payments are final and refund requests will not be accepted unless we fail to hold the exhibition.
